This is part 3 of the series which looks for a better news aggregator for Indian Content. Today I have unsubscribed all the news aggregators feeds (Startups.in, Avashya and Indimeme). These aggregators have too many posts than I can read. There are some good posts which get lost in the huge list from these aggregators. In this post we will look into Brijit and Scoble’s shared items.

This is the continuation of my quest to find a better news or blog aggregator, which aggregates contents from Indian bloggers or news websites. I am yet to find a aggregator, which will helps users to keep track of the news without cluttering the feed readers with junk and repetitive posts! In this post we will be looking into the structure of the RSS feeds from the aggregators.

Everyone one wants to be a News Aggregator Website. I have observed a couple of them and found that they are far off from adding any value add to the reader. Most sites convert RSS feeds from websites or blogs into a page and claim to be the Aggregator of Indian BlogoSphere.

Last month Government of India launched a exclusive portal for the disabled in India. They call it is as Punarbhava which means renewed being. This websites caters to the disabled populations as well as those associated with them like relatives, NGOs etc. This is an initiative from Media Lab Asia in collaboration with Rehabilitation Council of India.
