Review your employer using Criticat (Analysis)
This is in continuation of the previous post.
Most sites that offer review of products or services provide a review scale of positive numbers. For most companies the score varies from 1 to 5. For example, in Amazon a user can provide score from 1 (hate it) to 5 (love it). Similar is the case for Netflix and Ebay. Criticat offers to review each of the category (work culture, salary benefits, career growth, managers and how much you recommend) from -5 to 5 (10 points). Can a user think of a negative numbers while reviewing a service/product?

Unlike systems like Amazon, there is a limitation in the number of reviews a user can do in Criticat. So the discussion forums should keep buzzing with questions and suggestions to attract traffic.
A unique feature that is available in most standard review systems is a Trust Metric, where users can rate the reviewers. In Amazon it is “Was the review useful”. Lets say in Criticat a company X has as score of 77.5% and and another company ‘Y‘ has 80%. A user will find it difficult to choose company Y just because of higher score. So the user will go through the reviews which has being written by unknowns. A trust metric with user collaboration will definitely help users to make a decision.
Well the good news is that a study from Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) has suggested that online consumer generated reviews have significant influence on the decisions made by consumers. And that is a niche where Criticat is targeting.
